Presidents day is upon us!  Another day off, or is there something more here.  I must admit, until this year, have always looked at president’s day as the perfect opportunity to head to the hills to do some skiing.  This year there seems to be a bit more with the election of a new president, calling for change.  George Washington, and Abraham Lincoln have long been regarded as our two greatest presidents.  Washington has a school and a state named after him for crying out loud, George Washington University.  I guess Lincoln has a number of schools named after him as well, but they are typically smaller, less well known or junior colleges, I digress.  The point is that Lincoln may be pulling ahead, ahead of Washington in terms of presidential greatness.  In fact Lincoln boasts nearly 16,000 books about him, second to Jesus and Shakespeare.  Who is our greatest president, Lincoln, Washington, or perhaps there is another…something to think about.  For more information check out USA Today’s article about the presidents.
