By presenting the student with the basic knowledge needed in the field of cosmetology, providing them with the opportunity to learn technical, communication, and servicing skills, and preparing them to successfully complete the State Board of Cosmetology requirements to practice and exhibit the professionalism necessary to gain and maintain employment.
