Mission Statement
The Eastern New Mexico University Ruidoso Off-Campus Instruction Center offers a program of first and second year college education, two-year technical/ vocational curricula, programs that lead to Associate degrees and one- or two-year certificates, and non-credit courses for lifelong learning. Programs are offered in the Liberal Arts and Sciences and the professions as well as in regional technical /vocational opportunities and for personal development.
