Mission Statement
Heritage's mission is to teach people to change their lives by preparing students for entry-level careers in the allied health, wellness, and beauty professions. To accomplish this mission, Heritage is committed to the continual fulfillment of the following objectives:O Remain progressive in the development of our educational offerings by staying abreast of changes and trends in the allied health, wellness, and beauty professions;O Provide educational opportunities that reflect the needs of the changing job markets and that assist students in developing a career path in their chosen field; O Teach students to develop critical thinking and problem solving skills;O Hire faculty members with demonstrated expertise in their respective fields and train them in instructional methods;O Provide the facilities, material, and equipment necessary to emulate experiences commonly found in the student's field of training;O Provide the support system to assist students in fulfilling their career objectives;O Instill in students the commitment to life-long learning;O Maintain Program Advisory Committees that meet regularly with the purpose of reviewing and recommending content, programs, and equipment needed to produce successful graduates.
