Mission Statement
The ICPR Junior College challenges the individual's capabilities by providing students with the necessary knowledge and skills to function in a changing society through programs leading to associate degrees and certificate programs in Business Administration, Office Systems, and other technical, vocational, and academic programs suitable to existing societal needs and to the Institutional goals and objectives. The motto Education is Growth reflects the Institution's interest in the development of the individual. Faculty, other personnel, and students share this responsibility.
