Mission Statement
The philosophy of Total International Career Institute (TICI) is centered around the education of the student. The objective is to provide practical training and a technical education in the Computer Business System Specialist Field and Nursing Assistant/Health Care Technician Field. Total International Career Institute (TICI) is a private organization dedicated to the principle of higher education that is affordable and directed to the needs of the individual, the community and the nations industries. Total International Career Institutes (TICI) educational aim is to train, to guide, and to help motivate the students effectively to make their way into a challenging and rewarding careers.
