Mission Statement
The school's principle mission is to train cosmetologists, manicurists, and instructors in preparation for the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation lisensure examination. The staff is continuously striving to improve operations in order to keep abreast of the latest teaching methods through educational books and attendance at refresher and advanced courses, workshops, and trade shows. Victoria Beauty College inc. observes all rules and regulations issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as well as the local health department. The Victoria Beauty College, Inc. takes part in educational conferences and meetings in order to advance the Cosmetology profession. Honest and fair relationships are maintained with the staff, students, patrons, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, NACCAS and all other schools. Victoria Beauty College, Inc. advertises truthfully and makes honest representation to it's students and prospects. Criticism that reflects unfavorably on other schools and the Cosmetology profession is avoided and is not tolerated.
