Georgia has one of America’s highest shortage rates in their healthcare industry today. This state has an increasing population of retired individuals moving into the area, and not enough trained individuals willing to work in Georgia, nor move into the state to take on vacant jobs. To make matters worse, Georgia is currently beginning to worry about having enough healthcare facilities to meet upcoming needs caused by our current baby-boom retirement era.

Careers in the Georgia healthcare industry exist today for those that possess training. Acquiring training today in Georgia is precarious in some areas with some colleges and training facilities needing more qualified instructors than are currently available to teach all who sign-up for classes. Rapid career advancement is possible today in Georgia due to the ongoing increased need for healthcare personnel in all areas of this industry.

State and federal authorities are very aware of the current healthcare crisis happening within this state.
