Work Study Programs
Since work-study programs are administered by institutions, they are not available
everywhere. Check with the school’s administration to receive the list of employers
you would be able to work with. Also, some institutions pair a student with a job
centered around that student’s area of study, so always see if your school will
work with you find a suitable job that matches your requests. Below is the list
of schools that offer work-study programs.

College Service Programs
Like work-study programs, service programs are a way for students to pay for their
college education not by receiving money from donors and lenders, but by working
for it. Several community, national, and international service agencies participate
in service programs along with many campus and online institutions. Organizations
such as AmeriCorps offer to pay for part or all of a student’s college education
if that student donates a certain amount of time during or before attending an institution.
For an online college student, he or she would be able to do service while studying,
because of the flexibility of online education. Since service programs are administered
by institutions, they are not available everywhere. Also, not all service organizations
participate in service programs. So, below is the list of schools that offer service
programs, and the service organizations students would be able to choose from.
