The Spa Therapies Certification Program will expand on massage therapy education with specific training in spa treatments and spa operations.' Spa therapies for both we and dry room applications such as hot stone massage, body wraps and cocoons, seaweed wraps, mud masques, therapeutic joint masques, brushing, aromatherapy massage and more are covered, as well as the theory behind the therapeutic effectiveness of the treatments.' Operational issues such as marketing, retailing, equipment/supply purchase and care, spa etiquette and more will be discussed.

Accredited by COMTA (Commission for Massage Therapy Accreditation), an agency listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency. Approved provider of continuing education credits (CEU’s) by the National Certification Board for Massage Therapy and Bodywork.
