The ASU Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering offers an interdisciplinary M.S.E. with an emphasis in Semiconductor Processing and Manufacturing through a collaboration between the Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and Materials Engineering academic departments. The program allows professionals a flexible option to pursue advanced studies in semiconductor processing and manufacturing, leading to degrees within their own discipline. Professionals pursue the program "part-time" through a flexible "anytime, anyplace" distance learning format.
