The 18 month eMBA program is designed to allow strong mid- to senior-level managers to become exceptional leaders. The eMBA courses are focused on the topics of interest to leaders in today's dynamic business environment. The program requires each student to have a minimum of five years of management experience including profit and loss responsibility to qualify for the program. All courses are taught 100% online in a cohort format ' a small dedicated group (24) of students will go through the program together allowing them to learn from both the exceptionally qualified faculty and their peers. The online format allows maximum flexibility for students balancing their education with demanding work and family life.
