The Transformative Leadership program has been created for individuals who want to take the initiative and find ways to express their passion for making a contribution to the world. The program creates a context where they can prepare themselves in a community of like-minded individuals, exploring their own mission in life and developing the skills needed to make it a reality.Learners approach leadership from four interrelated perspectives: 1) through an immersion in the literature on leadership and systems change; 2) by exploring their own personal growth, their values, their ethical and spiritual commitment, and their personal capacities to be leaders; 3) through the interaction of a community of learners and the development of the ability to learn how to learn together; 4) by grounding their work in an action site, where they can apply their learning on an ongoing basis, culminating in a capstone project
