eCornell has partnered with Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) to produce the Human Resources: Performance Management certificate. The six-course certificate is designed to provide participants with the analytical and organizational skills to determine what kind of performance-management program will work for them and the communication and logistical know-how to bring the program to life.
