Once you become part of the Gonzaga program, you have an idea that the instructors are trying to sharpen, not only your mind, but your heart and your soul, your identity and the relationships that you have in this world. For me, it was a great experience.Gonzaga has changed me. I feel more intelligent. I feel more prepared to answer the challenges of the world and of leadership. I think I've learned a lot about myself through this program and I look forward to the rest of my career with this program under my belt. All of the courses have sharpened my own view of how organizations function and what's really required of leadership.

Definitely consider Gonzaga's MA-ORGL program. It was a great journey for me. It allowed flexibility for me to continue working, continue my career, continue the family life that I had in place, and not jeopardize any of those entities while I continued my education. The professors are dedicated and they believe in the message they are teaching, so it was a real win-win for me in the MA-ORGL program. I would recommend it to anyone.Gonzaga's program surpassed my expectations of an online program. It made it feel like we were in the classroom and in touch with the professors because we got immediate feedback. All of the professors did a great job and worked hard to make sure they communicated with us, answered our questions, and led us in the right direction.

Gonzaga's online programs are designed for people who are employed, and for people who have experienced something about leadership and organizations and how they work. The leadership here at Gonzaga, whether it is staff or faculty, is very caring about you and they care about your success in the program. Especially as a student away from campus, you feel like a disconnect can be there and it isn't in this program. It isn't. I feel very connected into Gonzaga and even connected with the other students.I've just absolutely adored this masters program. The professors and the staff have been absolutely wonderful.

The Gonzaga MA-ORGL program way exceeded my expectations. Initially I really didn't know what to expect. I was expecting a management theme and it was way more than that. The program material itself and the way it was put together was outstanding and I would say somewhat life-changing.The instructors were all outstanding. They were all very knowledgeable and engaged in what we were doing. We got really good and timely feedback. My experience in the online program was just outstanding. I wasn't really familiar with Gonzaga University before going through the program. What a great university and a great experience! There is no other school or program I would have rather gone through. It was a process of self-evaluation all the way through the program. It changed my perspective on a lot of issues, and how I treat people primarily, how I motivate people. I took something from every course.

My employer definitely noticed an improvement in me since I have been in the program. I've been more organized and had more creative ideas. I've used our branch team a lot more in decision making and we've done different things with our field employees. I think they've noticed that we've just done a lot of different things since I started the program.I thought it would be a little more impersonal than it was. It was really easy to get to know classmates and to interact with them via the discussion board. You can even call them or email them directly if you had questions. It was surprisingly easy to bond and develop relationships.

The Gonzaga MA-ORGL program was above my expectations. It really was. It was harder than I thought, but at the same time it was probably the best schooling that I've had.
