The doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) in Technology Management prepares specialists who have:Knowledge of scientific and engineering developments,Knowledge of economic and political organizations of the global community ,Sensitivity to the ethical and moral issues surrounding technology. The program is offered through ISU's College of Technology in cooperation with a consortium of four other universities. It is a virtual organizational concept recognizing the role of each member university.
