The Human Resource Development Program prepares students for HRD careers in higher education, industry, government, and other agencies. Course work is designed to enable students to complete their degrees while maintaining full-time employment or other responsibilities.This master program requires a total of 33-36 hours, depending on whether ITE 605 must be taken. The program combines a flexible core curriculum with a directed specialization option. Students choose a specialization to reflect their current area of employment, work experience, or particular area of interest.
