Both certificate programs are delivered online (via the Internet) by faculty of Indiana State University's program in public administration. Students will be awarded a certificate after completing four courses, or twelve credit hours, of work. Credit earned in either certificate program may be applied toward the master degree in public administration (MPA), offered through the Public Administration Program within the Department of Political Science.
