The objectives of the Master's Psychology specializations are to enable individuals to continue their formal professional education at the graduate level in the behavioral science of psychology at the doctoral level. The MFT program is designed to provide an integrated learning experience for adult Learners seeking training in marriage and family therapy. Learners in the program will critically analyze a broad range of theories of marriage and family therapy. The program's training prepares Learners for therapeutic and educational work in a variety of settings including mental health centers, public service agencies, correctional institutions, industry, medical settings, and private practice.
