The Graduate Certificate in E-Learning is designed to introduce distance learning as it applies to training and development. In this program you will obtain knowledge of training and development principles, sound instructional design theory and practice, distance learning strategies, e-learning platforms and courseware development. Five interactive courses are combined to create this comprehensive certificate. Graduate certificate programs can be completed alone, or in conjunction with, the Master of Arts in Training and Development.
