The Graduate Certificate in Performance Consulting is designed to introduce performance consulting as it applies to training and development. In this program you will obtain knowledge of training and development principles, communication and consulting, organizational development, and human performance technology. This certificate allows the student to choose one elective course from a list that includes Project Management, Organizational Analysis and Design, and Workplace Diversity to name a few. Graduate certificate programs can be completed alone, or in conjunction with, the Master of Arts in Training and Development.
