The knowledge and skills obtained in this program include principles of effective training and development practices, an introduction to the many uses of technology in training, and skills in the area of instructional design. Five interactive courses are combined to create this comprehensive certificate. Graduate certificate programs can be completed alone, or in conjunction with, the Master of Arts in Training and Development.
