This Bachelor of Arts program, which flows from the Mission of Saint Joseph's College as Catholic in the Mercy tradition, provides a theological education for those who seek to serve the needs of the Church and society. The program enables students to learn skills applicable to Church ministry roles and to deepen and strengthen their personal faith. The program is oriented toward lay ministries such as pastoral associate, faith formation director, parish Catechetical leader, parish administrator, chaplain, Chancery official, social services director, liturgical minister, youth minister, and director of religious education.
