These courses will give the student an overview of how domestic violence cases should be handled at various stages of the criminal justice process and, therefore, prepare the student for entering criminal justice positions that engage domestic violence issues. Examples of criminal justice positions that involve domestic violence issues are: law enforcement officer or domestic violence victims' advocate.
