Thunderbird's Global Strategy Implementation program provides that perspective, bringing strategy and action into sharp focus by developing the tools of strategic analysis along with conceptual frameworks designed to improve the understanding of strategy-making in the corporate context. Students will be exposed to a broad-brush picture of the central issues in the formulation and implementation of global organizational strategy, taking a holistic perspective of organizational form and function. Students will come to understand both the strategic aspects of decision-making and the attendant ramifications at corporate, business and functional levels within the context of global organizations.
