The Tiffin University Master Science in Criminal Justice (MSCJ) Program is a professional practice degree program that attracts skilled managers, agents, and clinicians from many components of the criminal justice and juvenile justice systems. This program covers the following material: perspectives in human resource management, statistical applications, contemporary issues in Justice Administration, legal and ethical issues, policy formation and analysis, research and analysis, law and management practices, administrative theory, and the design and analysis of educational programs and training sessions. The faculty bring years of executive, operations-level, clinical, academic, and research experience in criminal justice to the graduate learning process. Joint student-faculty collaboration on learning projects is a common occurrence.
