The purpose of the Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management Program is to build on the foundation of the business core to enable the learner to apply specific skills, knowledge and ethical standards to strategic planning, staffing, training and development, compensation and employee relations. The program includes courses on Business Communication, Personnel Selection and Evaluation and Labor Relations and Negotiation.
