The purpose of the Bachelor of Science in Human Services Program is to prepare a learner to understand the socioeconomic, psychological and political foundations of a multicultural society and to utilize that know'ledge to identify needs and to coordinate and provide appropriate social services. The human services program is offered to those learners who intend to pursue careers in the human services area after graduation. It also provides excellent preparation for those wishing to continue their education in graduate school. Courses include General Psychology, Diverse Cultures & Principles of Sociology.
