The quality management emphasis is designed to provide learners with the skills and knowledge needed to advance quality in their organizations, whether in service or manufacturing settings. The program stresses continuous improvement, definition and measurement of outcomes, and techniques to achieve increased quality of organizational activities. Students completing this program are expected to be able to assume a leadership role advancing quality'in organizations.
