Online Customer Service Bachelor Degree
A bachelor degree generally requires around 120 hours to 150 semester credit hours to complete. It is considered a 4 year course but with online learning alternatives and adequate time to devote to studies, students can finish in significantly less time. All degree programs require a high school diploma for entry and usually a college entrance exam like ACT or SAT scores as well.
There is a general education requirement to most bachelor degree courses consisting of History, English literature, English composition and a math component. Besides these general requirements the student will be offered electives to allow them to explore specialties in their major and then courses in their major field of study.
What follows are only a few of the possible courses in an online customer service master degree program;
- Customer Relations
- Customer Retention
- Business Ethics
- Call Center Technology
- Marketing Principles
- Customer consultation
- Customer Behavior
Some online bachelor customer service degree programs will focus more on one topic than another, perhaps one might be heavy on business management while another might be more focused on employee management and customer behavior. No matter what the focus though, the successful graduate of an online customer service bachelor degree program will have a world of opportunities not available to a job seeker with less education.
