Because the need for qualified language experts is so high starting salaries for people who have an online Language degree are also high.  An Arabic translator with less than a year of experience can expect a starting salary of $40,000.  A Spanish Language degree holder capable of teaching or doing translations for businesses can expect a starting salary of $35,000.
